How do I request tickets?
Once you've joined us, signed-up to our website members area and your account has been approved, you can login and request tickets here - Members Ticket Requests
What happens once I've requested tickets?
You will receive an email to confirm request.
You will then receive another email once Tottenham confirm how many tickets we have been allocated.
Can we request tickets anywhere?
We can only request tickets for certain blocks.
These are indicated on ticket request page.
We are not guaranteed to get those blocks, it all depends on demand from all OSC groups.
How do I pay for tickets?
Once you receive confirmation that you have a ticket, it will also tell you the deadline in which you have to pay Tottenham for the ticket/s.
You will need to log into your Tottenham e-ticketing account & make payment direct to Tottenham.
What about Junior tickets?
All tickets start at Adult price as default.
You will need to change the ticket price to Junior in the payment process.
As your advancing through the pages, there is a page with a drop down menu where you need to change category to Junior.
How do I receive my ticket?
All tickets are now QR codes on your smartphone.
These will update to your wallet prior to fixture.
How can I request travel?
Once you've joined us, signed-up to our website members area and your account has been approved, you can login and request travel/coach seats here - Members Travel Requests
All OSC tickets automatically come with travel so no need to request coach seats.
Only season ticket holders & those sourcing their own tickets need to make a travel request.
Once you have requested travel you are responsible for payment, anyone not paying will be automatically banned.
I have my own ticket, can I still use the coach?
Yes everyone is welcome on the coach whether you get your tickets through us or on your own.
How do I pay for coach?
An email will be sent out once the coach is full, or the week prior to fixture should it not be full.
Once this email is sent out you are responsible for coach payments.
What happens if I book a ticket but then can't go?
You are responsible for the payment of ticket.
We will always try & help transfer to another member if possible.
Members that request tickets then don't pay for them will be banned.
Only request tickets if you have the funds ready to pay.
What happens if I book the coach but then can't go?
As long as we are notified before the coach email goes you will not be responsible for payment.
Once coach email has been sent it is your responsibility to pay.
Anyone not paying will be banned.
Where does the coach pick up from?

What time after the match does coach leave?
The Coach will leave 30mins after the players have left the field.
This gives everyone plenty of time to get back.
Toilet!
All our coaches have a toilet on board, if it's a minibus we're using then we'll stop at services.
PLEASE RESPECT YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS & KEEP THE TOILET CLEAN & TIDY!
IF YOU MAKE A MESS YOU CLEAN IT UP, DO NOT LEAVE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIND.
BAG POLICY!
DO NOT TAKE BAGS TO THE STADIUM!
You won't be allowed to take them in & run the risk of missing the bus after!
The driver's hours do not allow us time to wait.
All bags & personal belongings can be left on coach.
Don't leave valuables!
Delaying the coach!
Please respect your fellow members & be ready waiting for the coach at your chosen pick up point.
Please also get back to the coach within the time limit after the match.
You have plenty of time to get food & drink before the game, don't leave until after the match as the coach can't wait.
Driver's hours are restricted by law & therefore any delays will impact this.
Please be aware when approaching your drop off point & have your belongings ready to depart.
THE PROCESS
- Join Tottenham.
- Join Somerset Spurs.
- Request tickets for match.
- Receive email confirming request.
- Receive email acknowledging if successful or not.
- Log into account & pay Tottenham for ticket.
- Receive coach email with all the information you'll need, plus how to make coach payment.
- Arrive at pick up point before scheduled time.
- Travel to Tottenham, no stops as toilet on board.
- Arrive at Tottenham usually a few hours before kick off.
- Go to the pub, grab some food, visit the club shop ect
- Watch the match.
- Coach departure is 30mins after the match.
